The company was founded as part of a larger group of ventures under Codup Technologies, with a focused goal: to apply artificial intelligence in a way that is useful, sustainable, and well-integrated into real business environments.

The early work behind AksharAI began inside complex software delivery projects, where automation, decision-making, and system intelligence were becoming increasingly central to client needs. What started as experimentation soon became execution, leading to the formation of a dedicated AI-first company.
