Internship Program

Our internship programs are tailored for final-year students or recent graduates looking to understand practical implementation in AI, engineering, product design, or operations.

On the Job Training (OJT)

    The OJT program is designed for early-stage professionals who are selected to work with us under structured training-cum-contribution roles. Each OJT consultant or trainee works inside active client programs or internal product initiatives.
    Program structure includes:
  • 90-day structured training and shadowing
  • Real assignments with clear learning goals
  • Exposure to delivery processes, tools, and client communication
  • Feedback cycles, reporting formats, and internal presentations
  • Option to transition into full-time roles based on evaluation
OJT is available across engineering, consulting, delivery, and product roles, and is directly managed by AksharAI leads.
